2.Resotions

Whereas,thegreatpreceptofnatureisobe,that“anshallpursuehisowntrueandsubstantialhappess”,Bckstonehistariesrearks,thatthiswofNaturebegevalwithankd,anddictatedbyGodhiself,isofursesuperiorobligationtoanyother.Itisbdgoveralltheglobe,alluntriesandatalltis;nohuanwsareofanyvalidityifntrarytothis,andsuchoftheasarevalid,derivealltheirforce,andalltheirvalidity,andalltheirauthority,diatelyandidiately,frothisal;therefore,

Resolved,thatsuchwsasnflict,anywaywiththetrueandsubstantialhappessofwoan,arentrarytothegreatpreceptofnatureandofnovalidity,forthisis“superiorobligationtoanyother”.

Resolved,thatallwswhichpreventwoanfrooupygsuchastationsocietyashernsceshalldictate,orwhichpceherapositionferiortothatofan,arentrarytothegreatpreceptofnature,andthereforeofnoforceorauthority.

Resolved,thatwoanisan’sequal—wasteobesobytheCreator,andthehighestgoodoftheracedeandsthatsheshouldberegnizedassuch.

Resolved,thatitisthedutyofthewonofthisuntrytosecuretotheselvestheirsacredrighttotheelectivefranchise.

Resolved,thattheequalityofhuanrightsresultsnecessarilyfrothefactoftheidentityoftheracecapabilitiesandresponsibilities.

Resolved,Thatthespeedysuessofourcaedependsuponthezealoanduntirgeffortsofbothnandwon,fortheoverthrowoftheonopolyofthepulpitandforthesecurgtowonanequalparticipationwithnthevariotrades,professionsandrce.
